Using the Gradebook to See Old Exams

Every exam you've taken is recorded by MapleTA, and you can always go back and look at them. Here's how:

  1. Login to MapleTA.
  2. Click on the name of your class.
  3. Click on "Gradebook" (it's up in the bar where "Next" and "Back" usually are), and select "View Past Results".
  4. Click on the Exam that you're interested [Practice, Online, or In-Lab] in the box under "Assignment Name" and click "Submit".
  5. A list of your assignments of that type will appear at the bottom of the page.
  6. Clicking on the "Details..." link will show all of your answers, along with the correct answers.
  7. You can click on a different type of Exam and click "Submit" to see other exams you've taken.

MapleTA only displays one way of writing the answer, and there are often lots of them. Sometimes the answer shown is more or less simplified than the one you gave, and that's OK. MapleTA only marks the answer wrong if they are mathematically different.
