Calculus: Concepts and Contexts,
Stewart, Brooks/Cole,
3rd edition, University of Kansas Edition.
Any of the following types of calculator may be used:
Math 103 or Math 104 or 3 years of college preparatory
mathematics,
including trigonometry, and a score of 28 or
more on Enhanced ACT
Mathematics, or a qualifying score on the mathematics
placement test.
Open for only two hours credit to students with credit in
Math 115.
The university will automatically drop you from this course
if you do
not officially satisfy one of the prerequisites.

If you have a valid reason for missing an exam,
you should
discuss alternate arrangements with the instructor
BEFORE
the exam.
Almost no excuse will be accepted for missing the
Common Midterm, and also the Common Final (for example,
airline tickets, jobs,
weddings, athletic events are NOT
considered valid excuses.)
