Computational and Applied Mathematics Seminar
An Illustration of the Finite Element Method
Gone but not forgotten:
an incomplete record of CAM seminar talks from fall 1996 through
fall 2004.
The Computational and Applied Mathematics (CAM) seminar meets
Wednesdays at 2:30 in Snow Hall room 306.
It is an
informal, ``low impact'' meeting for students and faculty to share
their interests in Applied Mathematics. Most meetings include an
applied mathematics presentation by one of the seminar participants
or by a visitor. In principle, presentations are accessible to
graduate students and even to advanced undergraduates. Student
participation both in presentations and discussions is encouraged.
Unappetizing refreshments will be provided.

abstracts, notes and sometimes PDF slides.
